Sick of them yet ;;? After a hunt, maybe? Cas had to heal Dean and Cas’ clothes were conveniently too filthy to handle. Cas just wants a minute to make sure Dean is really alright. Dean is probably going ‘dude, Sam is RIGHT THERE’ but Cas happily ignores him and tries to wrap him up in his wings tightly.
